TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms govern your use of getagesunfolded.com and any purchase you make from Ages Unfolded, a brand operated by Mollo.com, SARL, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France (RCS Paris 108 211 996). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
- Products. We sell a reproduction of the public-domain 1871 Adams Synchronological Chart in a fold-out hardcover format, plus related accessories. Photographs are illustrative; small variations in color and finish may occur.
- 2. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and include free tracked shipping to the United States unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We may cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious pricing error.
- 3. Shipping. Orders are prepared in 1-3 business days and usually delivered in 7-14 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.
- 4. Returns and refunds. You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
- 5. Digital bonus. The Family Study Guide (PDF) is provided free for personal, non-commercial use only.
- 6. Intellectual property. Our brand name, logo, texts, photographs and designs belong to Mollo.com and may not be reused without permission. The underlying 1871 chart is in the public domain.
- 7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
- 8. Privacy. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
- 9. Changes. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies.
