Every order ships free with tracking across the US. Here's what happens after you order, and where to find your tracking link.
Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your timeline leaves our warehouse, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Where is my tracking email?
- Check the inbox of the email address you used at checkout, and your spam or promotions folder.
- Your order confirmation email also contains a link to your order status page, where tracking appears as soon as it is available.
Still can’t find it?
Contact us with your order number (it starts with #) and we’ll get back to you with your tracking details.

Order processed
We prepare and pack your order within 1–3 business days. You receive an order confirmation email right away.

Shipped with tracking
As soon as it ships, you get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link.

Delivered
Free tracked shipping to any US address. Most orders arrive within about 7–14 business days.
Where to find your tracking
- Shipping confirmation emailOpen the email titled with your order number and click the tracking link.
- Order status pageYour order confirmation email has a "View your order" link that shows the live status of your order at any time.
- Your accountSign in with the email used at checkout to see all your orders and their tracking. Sign in to view my orders
Tip: tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan after you receive the shipping email. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find our emails.
