We want you to love your timeline. If you are not completely satisfied, you can ask for a refund within 30 days after your order is delivered.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact us through our contact page or reply to your order confirmation email, with your order number.
  2. We will reply with the return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Once we receive the item, or confirm its return, we refund you to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

Conditions

  • Items should be returned in the condition you received them, with their original packaging when possible.
  • The free Family Study Guide (PDF) is a bonus and does not need to be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge until it ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
